1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the gb baji platform — whether through the website at gb-baji.com or any associated mobile-optimised interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gb baji (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the gb baji platform.

Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date of their publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. gb baji recommends that all Players bookmark this page and check for updates at the start of each session.

These Terms should be read alongside the gb baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gb baji platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are aged 18 years or older. gb baji strictly prohibits access by minors. This is a non-negotiable requirement that applies without exception to all Players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
3. You are not using the platform in a professional capacity for arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account permanently closed by gb baji or any other online gaming operator as a result of prohibited conduct.
5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of gb baji or any of its affiliated studio or payment partners.

Age Verification

gb baji employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process that must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a current Bangladeshi driving licence. In cases where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the account may be suspended pending completion of age verification, and any winnings accumulated during the suspended period may be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To place bets or play casino games on the gb baji platform, you must register a single personal account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with gb baji, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and an active email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. gb baji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided during or after registration.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your gb baji account credentials. This responsibility includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never disclosing your username, password, or one-time SMS codes to any third party — including individuals claiming to represent gb baji support. gb baji staff will never ask for your password.
• Notifying the gb baji security team at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account credentials have been compromised.

gb baji shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the unauthorised access arose from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. However, upon receiving a verified security report, the Platform will take immediate steps to freeze the account and investigate the incident.

Account Currency

All gb baji accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, and winnings are expressed in BDT. The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players using international card networks such as Visa or Mastercard may be subject to foreign exchange conversion fees applied by their card issuer — gb baji does not control or profit from such fees.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gb baji supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods selected specifically for the Bangladesh market. The Platform is committed to fast, fee-free transaction processing for all supported local payment channels.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Policy

All deposits made to a gb baji account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is held in the name of a different individual — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposited funds will be returned to the originating account and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

gb baji does not charge processing fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, the Platform reserves the right to introduce or modify fee structures on specific payment channels with no less than seven days' prior notice published on the Platform.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's account must have completed KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder.
3. Any active bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed or cancelled before a withdrawal request can be fully processed. Cancelling an active bonus prior to meeting its wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds.
4. The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds.
5. Withdrawal requests are irreversible once approved and dispatched by the gb baji payments team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gb baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirements are completed will be removed from the Player's account along with any associated winnings.
• While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Cash-out requests made before bonus wagering requirements have been met will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• gb baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.

Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses more than once.
• Systematically placing opposing bets (hedging) to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds on games that are explicitly excluded from the bonus terms.
• Coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotional offer.

Where bonus abuse is detected, gb baji reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the account. The Platform will notify the Player of any such action via their registered email address.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports events, and other wagering activities offered on the gb baji platform are subject to both these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant product rules before placing wagers.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on gb baji — including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, bilateral Bangladesh cricket series, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, the odds are locked for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play (live) bets may be subject to a brief acceptance delay during which the Platform processes market updates. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation message is displayed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play has occurred, bets will be settled according to the void/cancellation rules applicable to that sport and market type.
• gb baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is clear evidence of irregular betting patterns, pricing errors, or where the outcome of an event has been corrupted by match-fixing or other prohibited activity.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and across multiple selections in accumulator bets. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting markets.

Casino and Live Dealer Games

All RNG-based casino games and live dealer titles available on gb baji are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own internal rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective game provider and is available upon request.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb baji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Financial Offences

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. gb baji maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider after funds have been received and used on the Platform constitutes fraud.
• Unauthorised payment methods: Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that you are not authorised to use, to fund your gb baji account.

Gameplay Offences

• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live dealer, poker, or competitive game formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of obvious pricing errors, game software bugs, or technical malfunctions. Winnings derived from apparent technical errors will be voided.
• Systematic arbitrage: Operating a systematic betting strategy designed to guarantee profit by exploiting discrepancies between gb baji odds and those of other operators.

Account Offences

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you have been self-excluded or had your account permanently closed.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

gb baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime.
• Extended inactivity — an account that has not recorded a login for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure, as communicated to the Player in advance.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the gb baji support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, the Platform will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method before closing the account. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will not be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded are asked not to attempt to re-register on the Platform during the exclusion period. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb baji's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their gb baji account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gb baji shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, howsoever arising.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of the rules of a game or betting market.
• Technical errors in third-party game software supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or other studio partners — such disputes are governed by the respective studio's own error resolution procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits gb baji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Amendments and Updates

gb baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in the Platform's product offering, feedback from Players, or for any other operational reason the Platform considers appropriate.

When material changes are made to these Terms, gb baji will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date displayed at the top of the document. For significant changes, the Platform may also send a notification to the email address registered to your account. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to be aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the gb baji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative reference. The Platform operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all time-sensitive matters including transaction timestamps, bet placement records, and bonus expiry calculations.
